Following yesterday’s historic move by the US House of Representatives seeking Vice President Mike Pence’s invocation of Section 4 of the US Constitution’s 25th Amendment declaring President Donald Trump unfit for office, Pence declined to follow through citing instead, a lack of a “constitutional basis” for such a unique call.
