The claim has been made that talk host Jimmy Kimmel’s sacking from his late night slot by ABC is the end of media freedom. Yet, it is not related to his on-air behaviour. Rather it is the culmination of a media corruption that has reigned for two years since the aftermath of Hamas’s attack on Israel in 2023.

The abject abuse of media freedoms by CNN, NYT, MSNBC and WaPo among others inspired by the rot at BBC, Guardian, LBC, RTE, CBC, Reuters and AP among others too and all under Turkish TRT and Qatari Al Jazeera aegis, has finally hit home.

Cancel Culture and the Woke Agenda are not MAGA inventions. Kimmel’s sacking is the result of a Qatari media intifada.

Hamas failed to bring the Arab World along in its jihad against Israel backed militarily by Iran in Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen: for good reason as it turned out when Israel and the US later neutered Iran’s plans for nuclear weapons hegemony.

Hamas then turned to its Qatari financiers to globalise that intifada through a media network both traditional and social. Years of groundwork in seeding cadres whether legal or illegal succeeded in influencing the West’s schools, colleges, socialist governments, unions, UN NGOs, the UN itself and above all, a partisan Western media.

That’s where Kimmel’s satire of Trump and the FBI over the assassination of Charlie Kirk comes in.

Indeed, Kimmel’s sacking is the last straw of nearly two years of manufactured media rage at Israel, false allegations of genocide in Gaza, and of late—the utter fabrication of a famine in Gaza backed by deliberately mis-captioned photography supplied by Turkish state media and negligently licensed by Getty Images.

This end game began with allegations of Israeli bombardments of hospitals and targeted infanticide.

But it’s the fake famine that has brought the media typified by Kimmel’s provocative satire to its reckoning.

Hence in 2024 the ICJ found no proof of Israeli genocide in Gaza. Last week the UK Government confirmed there is no genocide in Gaza. But then last week you could hear the media twig snap when Israel struck Qatar, finally killing Hamas’s leadership the world knew was living in sanctuary there.

Suddenly Qatar’s media machine swept into full gear giving final blessing to the socialist governments of France, UK, Canada and Australia to declare a “Palestinian State” next week—on the Jewish New Year High Holy Day no less.

Suddenly Qatar’s media influence then instructed Israel’s partners in peace Saudi Arabia, Jordan, UAE and Egypt to posture towards isolating Israel. And now other Socialist European nations including Spain and Ireland are threatening to do so in art and sport too.

So, Trump is suing the New York Times for $15 billion claiming image damage to the United States. And Kimmel is the latest leftist pawn in this game.

Never since WW2 (not even through the morass of Vietnam) has the world found itself on a tinder box of Socialist civil unrest. It evokes the street violence of the 1920s and 1930s in Germany when the extreme Left and Right readily murdered each other in daylight, while behind the scenes the media on both sides thrust the ink of hate into their readers’ veins.

Thanks to Hamas and Qatar, a new Western anarchy is at hand. And the media has stoked its fire as it did over race a decade ago, both influencing and being influenced by the rise of Socialist Wokeism that is driving Western politics.

Now the media is paying for it.

The sacking of Kimmel, therefore, is not an attack on media freedom.

Rather, the media has corrupted itself to the extent that the public no longer sees it as impartial news—and whether mainstream or social, it will never bounce back to its former glory. It is paying the price for corrupting liberty.
