US House Demands Section 4 of the US Constitution’s 25th Amendment to Depose Trump
Posted on January 13, 2021
History has been written. The US House of Representatives has just voted to have Vice President Mike Pence convene the federal cabinet to replace Donald Trump as President of the United States, being unfit for office under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment of the constitution which reads:
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit […] their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
It has never been attempted before. If Pence does so and succeeds, he will immediately become Presdient of the United States. Yes, he could then pardon Donald Trump.
For the first time in history Congress has been asked to place honour before politics to safeguard the spirit of the USA.
Yet in debate now, a Republican congressman is lying, claiming Trump’s call to his masses to march on Congress to weed out “the bad Republicans” and reverse the Electoral College’s conclusion of the 2020 Presidential election was just “intemperate speech”.
No, on January 6, 2021, your Houses of Congress were desecrated and pillaged, a gallows was raised and congresspeople were hunted following the president’s deliberate rally, intent and speech to stop the ratification of the Electoral College’s vote count whose consideration was then in joint-session.
And the president did nothing to prevent or stop it.
There is no America without honour. Just a perpetual Kristallnacht.
And Mike Pence will likely refuse the offer.
